Return Eligibility
Due to the nature of supplements and consumable goods:

Opened or used products are not eligible for return

Unopened, unused products may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery, subject to approval
BioXP & Returns
BioXP may be granted as a promotional or loyalty benefit in connection with eligible purchases.
If BioXP associated with an order has been used or applied on the Bio ecosystem platform (for example, to participate in a launch or access ecosystem features), the related product order becomes non-returnable and non-refundable.
This policy exists to prevent misuse of promotional benefits and to maintain fairness across the ecosystem.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are generally non-returnable:

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

Use of BioXP does not affect eligibility for remedies in cases of fulfillment or product defects caused by us.
Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method

Shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the error was ours

Any promotional benefits linked to a refunded order may be adjusted or revoked where applicable
Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated

Bio Protocol may cover return shipping in cases of verified fulfillment errors
